Lisetta brings over 35 years of senior Human Resources experience to the Delfi team. She has served as Director of Labour Relations and of Human Resources at three Canadian Universities. She also brings experience from the not-for-profit and health care sectors. She specializes in building constructive labour and manager /employee relations and resolving complex Human Resources problems. In her leadership roles, she pioneered the HR Business partner model, building networks of trusted HR partners with senior management, enabling managers to realize their strategic and operational objectives, while navigating their complex human resources frameworks.
Lisetta brings training competency, analytic capabilities, and facilitation skills to all layers of an organization drawn from her deep experience in compensation, pay equity, job evaluation, bargaining and management development. She has been involved in policy development and development of meaningful performance metrics for Human Resources teams, as well as conducting and managing investigations and
mediation of difficult conflict situations. Lisetta has developed and implemented innovative post-investigation mechanisms to understand the triggers for the dispute and help rebuild department function and trust.
She has significant experience with developing complex accommodation management plans, with psychosocial as well as physical issues.
