Her extensive business knowledge has been gained throughout her career, by supporting various industries and markets including photographic, healthcare, telecommunications, industrial and personal safety.
Paule has held various management roles, where she was known to reduce cost-to-serve metrics, while exceeding business targets. She is recognized as a performance management leader, and is very passionate in helping others achieve their professional goals through coaching and mentoring.
The majority of Paule’s career has been in the corporate world, she does have experience working for small to medium sized businesses and non-profit. Her customer-centric approach for building trust has helped her establish long-term, loyal business relationships. Paule successfully launched an inside sales organization where she managed the hiring selection, training, coaching and performance management of the team. She was recognized for being best-in-class, world-wide, for instilling Salesforce into the team DNA and leveraging it to drive results.
