Wendy is Past President of the Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce and the Halton Hills Toastmaster Club, a member of the International Coach Federation, and a Canadian Professional Sales Association Certified Sales Professional.
Originally from Montreal, Wendy is fluently bilingual and is comfortable delivering her services in both languages.
Wendy has always been an active self-employed entrepreneur. Before joining the Delfi Group in January 2014, Wendy operated her own private consulting company specializing in workplace assessments and employee/leadership development. She was one of the first Profiles International Strategic Business partners in Canada. She was an active member of, and the National Marketing Director for, the Canadian Training and Development Group. She received special training to equip her as the Strategic Account Manager for Profiles International in Canada. She has successfully fused her personal business experiences with her professional development activities to function as a highly respected consultant and practitioner in her areas of expertise.
