The Delfi Group was engaged to project lead our recent CHEOnext Strategic Planning project. The process used was highly engaging across the organization and very effective. The resulting plan and its implementation actions have clearly moved us to the next level of business and health care excellence. The Consultant quickly moved to establish professional credibility with our various internal groups, but specifically the Board, the Executive team and our physicians. The Delfi processes and the personal consulting attributes were powerful enablers of the success of our project.
The Champlain Maternal Newborn Regional Program (CMNRP) was facing the need to review its long-standing mandate to better meet the needs of its partner organizations. The Delfi Consultant led CMNRP through a strategic planning process which included our organization through an extensive environmental scan. This exercise allowed us to define key imperatives, goals and objectives for the next three years. Ottawa Humane Society‘s Board contracted with The Delfi Group to provide facilitation and other support for the development of a new strategic plan for the organization. This Group came to us highly recommended and did not disappoint. Our consultant was a strategic thinker who has a ‘straight shooter, no nonsense’ approach. As part of AECL’s change management plan in support of our restructuring journey, a survey on communication was issued to all staff. The survey was followed by a series of focus groups across all business units to gain deeper insights. The Delfi Group was engaged to develop the survey, facilitate these focus groups and collate the feedback together with the survey results into a summary report. The consultant’s excellent organizational skills, her easy demeanour and great people/relationship skills allowed our staff to share transparently allowing the organization to gain much value from the exercise.
