Dave Fisher, Senior Consultant, Founder and Past President of The Delfi Group Inc., has 25 years of progressive leadership and management experience. His strengths lie in leadership skills, training, team building, change management and strategy development and implementation.
He has honed these strengths through a variety of leadership roles in both the education and nuclear sectors. Following his leadership roles in education, Dave held senior Human Resource leadership roles with Atomic Energy of Canada in both Manitoba and Ontario. In 1995, he and his wife Elaine started The Delfi Group and took it from its humble beginnings to the consulting organization that it is today.
Dave remains passionate about exceptional client service and opportunities to enrich his local community through volunteer governance and leadership roles.
Following educational leadership roles in Canada and Europe, Dave moved into Corporate life as an HR professional and Leader . With this additional 10 years of experience to his credit, Dave and his wife Elaine established The Delfi Group, a training and consulting practice operating out of eastern Ontario. After 17 years, the Fishers transitioned this business to its present owners, Larry and Helen Schruder.
