Sue is known as a strategic professional and business partner with the ability to develop strong working relationships. She pro-actively identifies and acts upon the unique HR and HS business needs by analyzing issues and processes by utilizing Six Sigma methodology and implementing workable solutions.

She brings over 25 years of diverse leadership experience in varied industries (manufacturing, transportation, media, engineering, telecommunication, aerospace, retail, and corporate services).

She has extensive experience in strategic planning, training and development, performance management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee relations, safety compliance, JHSC and claim management.
