Michelle brings 20+ years of Human Resource expertise in Construction and Manufacturing environments. She is passionate about taking HR in organizations to the next level through her expertise in Strategy, Culture and HR Programs.

Michelle has trained, worked, and lived all over the world. She brings a unique set of perspectives and expertise to solve organizational challenges with heart and grit.  She is effective in leading the full cycle Human Resource function and devises creative solutions to impossible challenges in the people management world.
