As a Human Resources Executive, Gabriel possesses a vast management experience in both the public and private sector. Early in his career, Gabriel worked in the medical field as a registered nurse for the provincial health system as well as the Canadian Armed Forces. During his career, he also acquired a broad experience in the education field as a teacher in a school board in Quebec and a professor in various undergraduate and graduate programs. In addition to those experiences, Gabriel has been working for the past 25 years in the Human Resources and Information technology domains. More recently, he worked as a regional HR director for the federal public service and was, until recently, Head of Human Resources and Information Technology for one of the major Canadian Unions.
